corporations formed for the purpose of fostering humanistic values and creativity in the fields of counseling, psychotherapy, and mental health.
PHR is a community-based, solution focused organization which enables counseling and psychotherapy clients to do in-depth work so that they may reclaim functionality and productivity.
PHR provides financial assistance for low-
income individuals and families, enabling them to access mental health counseling and treatment alternatives which may not be available through the existing mental healthcare system.
PHR was created by health professionals and community members of Whatcom County, Washington. We are committed to doing our part to help address the current nationwide crisis in mental health funding and support.

About Our Name:
Robert Paysant Jones was an outspoken advocate of mental health and recovery in New Orleans, Louisiana. He died at age 76, following a courageous effort to survive esophageal cancer.
